Q. Why does the webcam continue to show the same image?
A. This happens when the camera cannot upload a new image to the server because of internet connectivity problems. You will continue to see the last image uploaded before the interruption. The image will change again as soon as the camera is able to re-connect to the internet.

Q. Why does the time only change when the image changes?
A. The camera sends a snapshot of the latest image, and includes the time when that image was taken.

Q. Why does the image occasionally look a little too overexposed or too dark?
A. The camera automatically adjusts for the ambient light. Therefore, if there is a particularly bright or dark area on the image, the camera will adjust the entire image to compensate. This will change on the next image upload, usually within 1 minute.

Q. Why does the image look blurred?
A. Occasionally, the lens of the camera gets dirty and needs cleaning. This will be done as soon as we notice a reduction in image quality.

Q. Why do i see only a partial image?
A. When your browser accessed the webcam file, it was being uploaded by the camera at the time, so is incomplete. You will be able to view the entire image if you refresh / reload your page.

Q. Why does my browser continue to show the same image after i have been away from my computer for a time?
A. Your browser did not update the photo while you were away. Refresh / reload the page and you will be able to see the latest image available.

Q. Why do i get a black image for each camera on the webpage?
A. You are not visiting the webcam page during daylight hours in this part of the world.

Q. Why am i not able to click on the small images and have them open in a new window?
A. You probably have a popup blocker enabled. Disable it and you will be able to click on each webcam and have them open a larger image in a new window.

Q. Will we be adding more webcams to the page?
A. Yes. We will be adding more cameras to the page as locations and financing becomes available.
