Charming Grenada Hideaways!!!Posted by Monja in Top 5, Accommodation |
Grenada is famous as the ‘Isle of Spice’, but of course the island has so much more to offer than simply ‘spices’. What I find so fascinating about the island is that Grenada still has the old Caribbean ‘flair’. It has not been commercialised by tourism.
Grenada is one of those islands that offers something for everyone, and some of these are the charming, and quite affordable, hideaways that give you the chance to escape from the ‘hustle and bustle’ of everyday life.
very informal and simple, directly on Grand Anse beach and a place where just about everyone seems to gather (locals & Tourists), especially on weekends. Drinks are reasonable and, most importantly, cold! If you would like to wiggle your toes in the sand while watching the sun go down with your favourite drink in hand, like we do occasionally, then you will understand why this would be number 1 on our list. There is a large flat screen tv to keep fans updated on the latest sports, and the seating is durable, rather than stylish, but that is entirely the point.
