Bathway Beach

Posted by monja in Reviews and Tips

bathway beach grenada

Bathway beach is a nice getaway on the northeast coast, and one of our favorite beaches in the north of the island.
This white sand beach is quite popular with just about everyone, the main reason being that it has a unique feature which makes it attractive for both kids and non-swimmers alike.

Grenada Sand Bar

If you would like to get away from the Grand Anse beach and try somewhere different to relax on a Sunday, then the Sand Bar should be at the top of your list.
We had heard about it and decided to give it a try, so we recently paid a visit. Well, it certainly was a pleasant surprise. It turned out to be nice, simple and easygoing.

Easy Rain Forest Hike - Cascade

Posted by monja in Sights , Reviews and Tips

grenada rain forest cascadeSlightly off the beaten path, and where you can go on your own if you rent a vehicle, are the small cascades upstream of the Seven Sisters Falls.

We're not talking about the bigger Falls which are the more popular destination of visitors and locals alike, but the small Cascades on one of the streams which feed the main Falls.

Its the perfect place to relax away from the beach and just enjoy a cool soak in the river. Its usually deserted, as hardly anyone goes there.
